I never actually thought that I would ever write anything. In my life I was never encouraged to be creative or to allow myself to feel from the heart. It was always think from the head, which can also be challenging at times - I must admit.

What makes feeling from the heart energy (which by the way is LOVE - for those who still struggle with the concept) is the freedom that comes within and radiates outwards to all that helps to create a satisfying lightness of the body, mind and soul.  

It is what makes you a human angel.  It is what makes the sunrises and the sunsets of the world that much more brighter. It is what allows us to call on our angels when we need them.  It is what encourages us to grow within.  It is what makes the web of Love stronger.  It is what makes life sweeter.  It helps you know who you are.  It opens the door for us to believe.

MY HEART ALLOWS ME TO:

THE SHAPE OF MY HEART

- is in the shape of the ocean where there is an abundance of love

- is in the shape of the sky where love is truly limitless

- is in the shape of the trees where there is life oxygen which comes to us easily and effortlessly with love

- is in the shape of the mountains that seem to reach to the stars with our love

- is in the shape of soft rich grass that grows, even in dry and barren places, from the love in Mother Earth

- is in the smiles of children that know no other way but love

- is in the animals that run around freely with love in their hearts

- is in the butterflies which help us transform from fear to love

- is in the birds which teach us about the love of freedom

- is in the dolphins which heal with just their presents of love

- is in the Earth's energy which emits love itself

- is in the stars so far away, and yet closer than we think, that carry the love of Home

- is in the songs that remind us of love

- is in the people's faces and hearts, who sometimes need reminding of the power of love

- is in the love shared between loving friends

- is in the unconditional love that envelops us when we feel lost

 
The shape of my heart is in the life force of the Universe.  The heart is where the love resides and illuminates to all universal energy and heals even the deepest of wounds.  The love of self is where it begins and allows your true colours to shine through.  It is where fear finds an escape route without return, and is replaced by the power of self.  Allow your heart to step up into your power and allow yourself to stay there.
